1. Who we are

Made of Many is a trading name of Phil J Nicholls, Georgia, 0179, Tbilisi City, Vake District, Zakaria Paliashvili Street, N 41, Entrance 1, Basement Floor, registered in Georgia with identification number 305696468. Email: help@madeofmany.app. “We” and “us” mean Made of Many; “you” means the person using the site or ordering.

2. Using the site

• The site works out family fractions from the names and nationalities you enter and shows a preview of the shirt. The fractions follow the rules the site describes (each generation back halves the share); they’re a bit of family maths, not a statement about ancestry, ethnicity or nationality law.
• Only enter names and details you’re entitled to use. If you enter details about other people, such as your parents or children, you’re responsible for having their agreement where it’s needed.
• We only print the 100% lines on our list, and we may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) an order we reasonably think is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, automated requests beyond normal use, or attempts to break its security.

3. Ordering and paying

• Before you pay you’ll see the shirt, its size and colour, the total price including any taxes and delivery, and the estimated delivery date. There are no extra charges after that.
• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email to confirm the order.
• Payment is taken when you order by 2Checkout (Verifone), our payment provider, which also asks for your delivery address. We never see your full card details. Your statement may show 2Checkout.
• If we’ve made an obvious pricing error, we’ll tell you and you can go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your design

• We print the design shown in the preview you approved: the names, fractions and 100% line exactly as they appear. Please check the spelling before ordering.
• Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, and the print may sit a little differently on the shirt than in the preview. That isn’t a fault.

5. Production and delivery

Shirts are printed to order by our production partner, Gelato, and posted to the address you give us. Delivery dates are estimates; if we can’t meet the date we gave you, we’ll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. The shirt is your responsibility once it’s delivered. 6. Cancellations, returns and faults

• Every shirt is made to your specification and personalised, so the 14-day right to cancel an online order doesn’t apply, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size or a mistake in the details you entered.
• You can cancel before your order goes into production for a full refund.
• If your shirt is faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund you in full. This doesn’t limit your legal rights, which may last longer.

7. Our responsibility to you

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Otherwise, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, up to the amount you paid for the order. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable.
• Our shirts are for personal use. If you buy for a business, we aren’t responsible for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

8. Intellectual property

• The site, the Made of Many name, the mark and the site’s design belong to us. The Bebas Neue typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
• Your family details stay yours. You let us use them to show previews and to make and deliver your order. We won’t use your family tree or photos of you in our marketing without asking first. The families in our social media posts are invented.

9. Complaints

If something’s not right, email help@madeofmany.app. We reply within 2 working days and aim to sort things out within 14 days.

10. The law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
